When you join the BCU team, you'll take part in our award-winning Onboarding Program. This begins during new hire training, when you'll learn about our unique culture, meet your peers and learn about our products and systems. Mentoring Programs
With our mentoring program, you’ll have an opportunity to learn from current leaders and your peers, developing your abilities and building relationships in the process. Our mentoring program promotes learning, creates a trusting environment, encourages collaboration, enhances cross-functional awareness and helps build future leaders. BCU offers both traditional 1:1 mentoring and group mentoring.
